Terms of Service

Effective October 17, 2026

1. Agreement. These terms govern your use of pureintentco.us and every purchase you make from it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who we are. The site is operated by ApexPrime Enterprises LLC, doing business as Pure Intent Co. ("DRANK", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@pureintentco.us.

3. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older to place an order or start a subscription. We ship within the United States only, to the area described on our Shipping & Returns page.

4. Products and prices. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. A change does not affect an order already placed. Where we show an "in stores" or "at store prices" comparison, it is the price at participating retailers at the time of writing and may vary by store. Quantities are limited, and an order is subject to stock. If a price or description is wrong, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full.

5. Orders and payment. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we charge the payment method you choose, which may be a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Cash App Pay, and send a confirmation. Payments are processed by Square. By placing an order you authorize us to charge the total shown at checkout, including shipping and any sales tax. The total you see is the total we charge: if a price or tax changes between the moment the page is shown and the moment you pay, we will not charge you, and we will ask you to review the updated total and confirm again. We collect sales tax where the law requires. We may refuse or cancel an order that appears fraudulent, exceeds our quantity limits, or cannot be fulfilled; if we cancel, we refund what you paid.

6. Shipping and delivery. Shipping costs, delivery areas and handling are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these terms. You are responsible for giving us an accurate address. DRANK is perishable, so please refrigerate it as soon as it arrives.

7. All sales final. Because DRANK is a perishable beverage, we do not accept returns or give refunds on drinks. The only exception is an order that arrives damaged or incorrect, handled as described on our Shipping & Returns page.

8. Subscriptions and automatic renewal. This section applies if you start a DRANK subscription.

  • What you get. One DRANK 6-pack per delivery, on the schedule you choose at checkout: every week, every 2 weeks, or every month.
  • What you pay. $37.50 per delivery, plus shipping and any applicable sales tax, as shown at checkout. The exact amount of each renewal charge, including shipping and tax, is stated on the checkout page before you agree.
  • When you are charged. Your first delivery is charged when you subscribe. Your subscription then begins one billing period later, and the card you saved is charged automatically on each renewal date; that delivery ships once the charge succeeds. Your next charge date and amount appear on your confirmation, in your emails, and on your account page.
  • Your consent. You agree to this when you tick the box at checkout. With your amount and schedule filled in, it reads: "I agree that DRANK will save this card and charge it amount every week / every 2 weeks / every month until I cancel. I can cancel anytime from the link in my emails. All DRANK sales are final."
  • If your subscription cannot be set up right away. On rare occasions your first payment succeeds but the subscription cannot be created at the same moment. Your first delivery still ships, you will receive an email saying the subscription is being set up, and there is nothing more to pay and no need to order again. If we cannot complete the setup, we will tell you, and no renewal charge will be made.
  • Skipping and pausing. You can skip your next delivery or pause your subscription from your account page. Skipping pauses billing for one billing period. Pausing stops billing through the date you select, and charges resume on the date shown in your account when you confirm. If your subscription has not yet had its first renewal, a skip or pause moves its start date instead. No charge is made for a skipped or paused period. Changes must be made before your next charge date to take effect for that delivery.
  • How to cancel. Cancel at any time from the account page, reached through the Manage subscription link in any subscription email, with no fee. Once you cancel, no further charges are made. Your subscription stays active through the period you have already paid for, and your account page shows the day it ends. Deliveries already charged are not refunded and will still ship.
  • If a payment fails. If a renewal charge is declined, that delivery will not ship until it is paid. We will email you, and Square will email you an invoice with a link to pay for that delivery. You can change the card on file from your account page; the new card is used for future deliveries and does not pay the missed one. If a second renewal charge is also missed, the subscription is canceled and we will email you.
  • Price changes. The price you agreed to at signup stays in place for your subscription. If we ever need to change it, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
  • Updating your card. You can change the card on file at any time from the account page.

9. Bitcoin payments. Bitcoin payments are not yet available. When they launch, this section will state the Bitcoin price or discount, how long the conversion rate is held at checkout, what happens if a payment is late or short, and how a Bitcoin order is refunded.

10. Promotions. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless the checkout shows them combined.

11. Product information. DRANK is a beverage. Statements on this site about ingredients have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and DRANK is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please read the ingredient list before drinking if you have allergies. Keep DRANK refrigerated and drink it within 72 hours of opening.

12. Your account. Sign-in links are personal to you and work for 15 minutes. Keep your email account secure, since anyone who can read your email can use your sign-in link while it is valid.

13. Our content. The DRANK name, logo, photos and text on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes and may not copy or reuse its content without our written permission.

14. Acceptable use. You agree not to use the site to commit fraud, to place orders you do not intend to pay for, to interfere with the site's operation, or to collect information from it by automated means.

15. Disclaimer and limitation of liability. The site is provided as is, and we do not promise it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

16. Indemnity. You agree to cover any loss we suffer because you broke these terms or the law while using the site.

17. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

18. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the current version. Changes apply to orders placed after the date they are posted, and we will email subscribers before any change that affects their subscription.
