Privacy Policy

ApexPrime Enterprises LLC, doing business as Pure Intent Co. ("DRANK", "we", "us") runs pureintentco.us. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Orders and subscriptions. Your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, what you ordered, and, if you subscribe, your plan, the consent you gave at checkout, and your next charge date.
- Payment details. Card payments are processed by Square. If you pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Cash App Pay, the wallet provides the payment and the shipping details you approve. Your card number goes directly to Square and never reaches our servers. If you subscribe, Square keeps your card on file so we can charge each renewal. We see only the card brand and last four digits.
- Signups and requests. If you join the waitlist, we collect your name, email and ZIP code. If you ask us to bring DRANK to a store, we collect the store's name, phone number and address, your name and email, and any note you add.
- Account sign-in. When you manage a subscription, we email you a sign-in link that works for 15 minutes. Using it sets a cookie that keeps you signed in for about an hour.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider logs the IP address, browser type and pages requested, which we use for security and troubleshooting. We also use the IP address to limit abusive requests. Your cart is stored in your own browser.
- What we don't collect. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To process, ship and confirm your orders.
- To bill and manage your subscription.
- To send order, shipping, subscription and account emails.
- To answer your messages and store requests.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with the law.
- To send marketing emails, only if you signed up for them. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We share information only with companies that help us run the store, and only what they need:
- Square processes payments, stores cards on file for subscriptions, and holds our order and subscription records. On the checkout and account pages, your browser loads Square's card form from Square's own servers, which also load its fonts (from Square and from Amazon CloudFront) and report errors to Sentry.
- Apple, Google and Cash App, when you pay with their wallets. Your browser or device talks to them directly; we receive a payment token and the shipping details you approve in the wallet, never the card number. When Google Pay is offered, the checkout page loads Google's payment button from Google, whether or not you use it. When you choose Cash App Pay, its button loads from Cash App, which also contacts Amplitude, a service Cash App uses, and loads images from Amazon Web Services.
- Resend delivers our email.
- Netlify hosts the site.
- Shipping carriers receive your name and address to deliver your order.
- Google stores waitlist and store-request signups in a spreadsheet we control, and serves the site's fonts (Google Fonts), which your browser requests directly from Google.
- OpenStreetMap serves the map on our store locator. When you open that page, your browser requests the map images directly from OpenStreetMap, which shares your IP address with them.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep order and subscription records as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes, usually seven years. We keep waitlist and newsletter signups until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
Security
The site uses HTTPS everywhere. Card data is handled by Square under the payment industry's security standard. Access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to fulfil orders. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without authorization.
Your choices
- Subscriptions. Skip, pause or cancel at any time from the account page, reached through the Manage subscription link in any subscription email.
- Marketing. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Your information. Email us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days. If you live in a state that gives you additional privacy rights, such as California, you can use them by emailing us.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. If the change is material, we will email subscribers before it takes effect.
